EyeLevel has partnered with Roosevelt Road Specialty to launch FraudX, an AI platform that evaluates incoming insurance claims and flags those most likely to be fraudulent.
Roosevelt Road is using FraudX to surface suspicious claims within minutes, enabling faster investigations and reducing losses before they occur.
“Together AI and humans are a very powerful combination to find fraud and find it fast. FraudX will detect fraud in minutes instead of months,” said Neil Katz, EyeLevel’s co-founder and COO.
FraudX enhances, not replaces, investigation. It identifies signals, and Roosevelt Road’s experts take action. Working with their legal and claims teams, EyeLevel defined 35 indicators of potential fraud, creating a scoring model that assigns each claim a fraud likelihood score from 0 to 100.
This data-driven approach allows Roosevelt Road to prioritize high-risk claims immediately and clear low-risk ones confidently. It’s already transforming their Tradesman Program Managers vertical, where construction claims often involve staged incidents and inflated documentation.
